The dome is a chocolate colored, 20’ welded vinyl dome which is set up in Evans, West Virginia on a Christmas tree farm titled “Santa’s Forest”. The owner, Jenna Mack, has been using the dome as a guest house for the last year and plans to open it as a rental unit in the spring of 2011. In an e-mail she joked, “we actually have family fighting over who gets to stay in the dome”.
The 2010 Misys European Customer Conference was held in Paris this year. The three day event was very successful with a record turnout of two-hundred eighty delegates from all over Europe, and forty partner delegates attending the event. The best part was the two splendid attractions nestled center stage: Domes!
“Ai Chi is the sigh we give when we’re at peace,” says Jun Konno, founder of Ai Chi and president of Aqua Dynamics Institute in Japan. Recently, on June 27th, 2010, two Ashland practitioners at Gentle Aquatic Therapies, Sharon Dvora and Ronen Geffen, invited guests to experience this form of aquatic relaxation by hosting an open house at their private, outdoor warm-water therapy pool. Clients experience an integration of Ai Chi, which combines Shiatsu and Watsu techniques to help relax the mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of our bodies, which some people describe as “returning to the womb”.
